About the Blackout 2006

In 2006, there was a blackout in the power grids in Europe, the consequences of which could have been catastrophic. The company A.Eberle GmbH & Co.KG reacted already in the run-up to this (by all means still rare) event with the development of a device and algorithms which should support operators in case of a blackout. The device was brought to the market under the name CPR-D and today operates under the name GDASys or DMR-D.

At that time, the company A.Eberle GmbH & Co.KG kindly gave Dr. Thomas Fritsch the opportunity to publish a series of special publications on this subject, which will be documented here.
